The majority of our attendees are asset owners and investment managers.

PRI in Person is delighted to form part of the COP30 Business and Finance Forum alongside events hosted by our valued partners Bloomberg Philanthropies, to be held in São Paulo from November 3-5, 2025. The Forum will bring together a dynamic series of events across São Paulo, convening global leaders from government, business, finance, academia, and civil society. Taking place just days before the COP30 World Leaders Summit in Belém (Nov 6-7), and subsequent climate negotiations and Action Agenda (Nov 10-21), the Forum will underscore the vital role of the business and finance sectors in accelerating sustainable economic solutions and mobilizing capital from both the public and private sectors in support of the COP30 Presidency’s key goals: strengthening multilateralism, accelerating the implementation of the Paris Agreement, and connecting climate to people and business.

In order to ensure PRI in Person attendance is available to as many organisations as possible, we apply an initial registration limit of seven (7) employees per organisation, except where specified in sponsorship contracts. The limit will be reviewed alongside our capacity closer to the event date. For any queries please do contact the team.

If you need to cancel your registration and it is before the cancellation deadline of Tuesday 7 October 2025 16:00 UCT+1, you can do this by clicking on the ‘register’ button in the top right-hand corner of your screen. This will take you to your registration summary, where you will then need to click the ‘Cancel or amend registration’ button.

A delegate who is between jobs, retired or due to any other reason will not represent any particular organisation at PRI in Person should register with the registration type 'Individual'.

There will be a comprehensive programme of side events organised by the PRI team and key stakeholders across the responsible investment community taking place throughout the week, be sure to check our side event page over the coming months. Please note, side events will require a separate registration. If you are considering hosting a side event, please review our guidelines. These include instructions on how we can support the promotion of your event.

The event’s language is English. We will be offering translation between English, Brazilian Portuguese and Spanish for all plenary and breakout sessions on the main PRI in Person agenda.

We have had an extremely high level of interest in speaking at PRI in Person, including over 400 applications received across our formal call for speakers and call for papers.  We are working hard to accommodate as many different perspectives across both the PRI’s 5,000+ signatories and wider stakeholder ecosystem as possible, within the c. 150 speaking opportunities available.  At this time invitations are out across all agenda sessions. Dependent on final responses received we may have speaking slots remaining. Please note we are unlikely to offer multiple invites to any single organisation. We encourage all those interested in participating in the event to register for the event as soon as possible.  Should you register as a paid attendee and later be confirmed as a speaker, your registration fee will be refunded.
 

Make sure to opt in by ticking the relevant box during registration to appear on the “Meet your peers” page. You can also add a mini biography and photo during registration.

From early October, you can use the chat bubble on people’s profile images to initiate chats and book in one-to-one meetings. If you’re looking for someone from a specific company, or with a particular job title, you can use the search bar to bring up attendees that match your criteria.

Yes. To register on behalf of a colleague, please select this option on the first page of registration. You will then be asked to enter your own email and your colleague’s (the delegate’s) email. After this point, all details entered should be the delegate’s details. The PRI in Person event account will be set up with your colleague’s email address. If you need to log back into this account at a later point, you will need to enter your colleague’s email address and password created during registration.

PRI in Person 2025 will not be livestreamed. All plenary sessions, and the majority of breakouts on the main agenda, will be recorded. PRI in Person ticket holders will have access to this content within 48 hours via the event website.

In recognition of the crucial role academic research plays in RI thought leadership and practise, we are working closely with our Academic Network Committee to embed academic perspectives across the PRI in Person agenda, rather than limit to a designated stream. As in previous years we will be awarding a prize for best paper and best student paper following a call for papers.

When planning your travel to São Paulo, Brazil, it is essential to understand the entry requirements based on your country of origin. Brazil's visa policy is based on reciprocity, but exemptions apply for many countries.

An on-demand ticket provides access to digital recordings of key conference content, including plenary sessions, community stage discussions, and selected breakout sessions. You can watch these sessions at your convenience after the event. Please note that recordings will be published at PRI’s discretion, and not all sessions may be made available on-demand.
